SUBJECT: Shipping Instruction – Surface, Small package and LTL
Dear Valued Supplier:
As a valued supplier of Shick Tube-Veyor, we are happy to include you in a new inbound transportation program that will allow us to achieve an efficient and cost effective means to compliment our procurement process. Effective May 07, 2008, all inbound COLLECT shipments must be shipped using only Shick Tube-Veyor endorsed carriers.
The following instructions supersede all previous shipping instructions and are to be retained for ready reference. These instructions are provided for all material purchases, when Shick Tube-Veyor is responsible for payment of the transportation charges, all shipments should be billed “COLLECT” OR "THIRD PARTY”. Freight charges that are added to the materials invoice (Prepaid and Add) will not be paid, unless specific arrangements have been made prior to shipping.
- Parcel - Ground domestic shipments 1 to 150 lbs. must be shipped via UPS collect (account # 0000919W32).
- EXPRESS - Shipments both domestic and international and ground international 1 to 150 lbs. must be shipped via Express One / DHL THIRD PARTY (# 852154683 )(import international # 965646222).
- Ground shipments weighing 151 lbs. to 5,000 lbs. Not to exceed 5 skids must be shipped “THIRD PARTY” via:
BILL "THIRD PARTY BILLING—SHICK TUBE-VEYOR, P.O. BOX 412522, KANSAS CITY, MO. 64141"
- Depending on where you are shipping from, it is your responsibility to insure that the carrier you select will service the origin and destination points on a direct-line service. If you need help determining which transportation carrier to use contact Priority Logistics Inc. for assistance at 816-756-0340.
- Ground shipments weighing 5,001 lbs. or 6 skids and greater or expedited shipments must be routed by:

- All bills of lading must include Shick Tube-Veyor's purchase order number.
In the event that the purchase order routing instructions and the Routing Guide differ, the Routing Guide should be considered applicable. If Shick Tube-Veyor is not responsible for any shipping charges, on a particular shipment, these routing requirements do not apply.
It is imperative that you understand and follow these shipping instructions and the Routing Guide. ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN THE DEDUCTION OF ALL FREIGHT COST FROM YOUR INVOICE. The deduction will be issued in the form of a Debit Memo and is subject to an administrative minimum of $50.00.
