Shick USA, announces Franz Streiter, President, Process in Motion, as its new exclusive representative in the Canadian region.

Mr. Streiter has an impressive background in ingredient processing solutions, with more than 36 years of industry knowledge and experience ranging from Plastic Compounding Systems to Cereal Manufacturing to Baked Goods Production. In this position, Mr. Streiter will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships within existing and potential key accounts and overseeing sales efforts for the entire Canadian region. “The addition of Franz Streiter will provide not only coverage in Canada, but also years of experience and technical expertise that cannot be duplicated” stated Joe Ungashick, President and CEO of Shick USA. “We are excited to add him to our team.”

Shick USA, announces the appointment of Jeana Ray as Manager of Marketing and Corporate Communications.

Ms. Ray has notable experience in marketing and ingredient processing solutions, with more than 12 years of industry knowledge. In this position, Ms. Ray is responsible for managing and optimizing relationships within existing and potential key accounts and overseeing all marketing efforts and communications. “The addition of Jeana’s insight will allow Shick to better serve the ingredient handling needs of our customers and will help to leverage product offerings and allied partnerships” states Joe Ungashick, President and CEO of Shick USA. Ms. Ray most recently served as Marketing Manager at AZO Incorporated.

Shick USA announces the acquisition of the assets of Tech Pak, a full line manufacturer of process packaging equipment located in Joplin, Missouri.

Tech Pak’s reputation has been built on the ability to analyze how customer’s products and processes affect packaging requirements and develop bulk containers and equipment systems that create a competitive edge.
